1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Yewalaoded Tech ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

We provide digital services including website development, graphics design, application/software development, SEO and Google Business optimization, and business registration services. All services are rendered upon confirmed payment.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access most of our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Wallet & Payments

Funds added to your wallet are non-refundable except in cases where a service cannot be delivered. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We reserve the right to refund wallet funds in cases of disputes at our sole discretion.

5. Service Orders

Once a service order is confirmed and payment deducted from your wallet, work will commence within the agreed timeline. Changes to the scope of work after confirmation may incur additional charges. We aim to deliver all projects within the stated timeline, but delivery times are estimates.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and project completion, you own the deliverables created specifically for you. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you specifically request confidentiality in writing.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose, to violate any laws, to infringe intellectual property rights, to transmit harmful content, or to engage in any activity that could harm us or our users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yewalaoded Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at yewaloadedng@gmail.com.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
